From Paris to New York to Tokyo and finally Okinawa, Anna-Marie will bring you a taste of home, wherever that might be!  After completing her Ph.D. at Princeton, Anna-Marie went on to fulfill her lifelong dream of studying pastry in Paris, studying at the Ecole Ritz Escoffier and with acclaimed patissier Pierre Herme.  She went on to open Little Oven, a French pastry and macaron shop featured in Martha Stewart Living and in the New York Times, in New York in 2009.  Swirl Okinawa is her latest foray into the baking scene!

Swirl Okinawaのファリアアンナはプリンストン大学の博士課程修了後、長年の夢であったパリでのお菓子留学を実現する。パリのエコール・リッツ・エスコフィエやピエール・エルメでフランス菓子を学び、2009年にマカロン専門店「リトル・オーブン」をニューヨークで開業。Martha Stewart Living やNew York Timesにマカロンが取り上げられる。今回はアメリカンなスイーツをテーマにSwirl Okinawaを開業しました！
